At Halico, we care about selecting ripe Hau plums, the specialty of Son La province, which bring out their own quality flavor in Hanoi 1898 Plum Liqueur. Plums that are ripe in the summer are picked and washed. After preliminary processing, fresh plums are soaked and brewed with pure rice wine in aging tanks. Over time, the sweet and sour taste of plum blends with rice wine to create a plum liqueur with an impressive red color and rich flavor. Plum Liqueur is best drunk with ice, and can also be combined with soda to create a refreshing and impressive fruit cocktail.
