Vietnam’s apricot cultivation areas lie in the mountainous regions of Son La, Dien Bien, Lai Chau, and Lao Cai Provinces. At Halico, we select the most exceptional apricot varieties to ensure the distinctive quality of the Moonlight Umeshu Liquor. Apricots yield fruit only once a year, typically between March and May. Ripe apricots are carefully handpicked, washed, and then soaked in pure rice wine.
